Interaction with guests

We know that independence and privacy is important during a trip, so keys are left in a key safe for a super quick and easy check-in. Additionally, someone from the Host team will be available 24/7 by phone to any questions you might have, during your stay.

Other things to note

We’ll send you the lock box code on the morning of your arrival, and you’ll receive all the necessary instructions and house info between now and then.

We'll give you enough consumables (i.e. toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cleaning products etc.) for two nights. If you're staying with us longer, you'll need to top these up yourselves as necessary and we factor in discounts for longer stays for this very reason. We want you to enjoy a self-catered and independent stay ????
